Throughout the project, I worked closely with ETS staff to ensure the designs met both user needs and operational requirements, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design and accessibility.
As part of a team tasked with reimagining bus stops in Edmonton, I contributed to a comprehensive service design project focused on improving the user experience. My role involved conducting research, creating mockups, and designing key visual assets using InDesign and Photoshop. I also played a key part in designing interactive screens to enhance the functionality and accessibility of bus stops. This project aimed to improve the overall transit experience by addressing both functional and aesthetic needs, with a focus on user-centered design.
